Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Mathli and the optional "Mathli Plus" subscription. Provider: Erik Jaen, Kleeweg 13, 3303 Jegenstorf (BE), Switzerland.

All learning content and games are free for children and usable without an account. There is no obligation to purchase anything.

Mathli Plus gives parents additional features: a detailed progress overview aligned to the Swiss curriculum, concrete practice recommendations, a weekly email report and optional progress backup.

Price: CHF 4.90 per month or CHF 29 per year — for the whole family. Prices exclude VAT (not subject to VAT).

The offer is currently available exclusively to customers residing in Switzerland.

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term (month or year) until cancelled. Before a yearly renewal we remind you by email.

You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period — via the management link in your billing email or by writing to meleaiautomations@gmail.com. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.

The service starts immediately after purchase. In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. If something goes wrong, contact us — we will find a fair solution.

Mathli is a supplementary learning offer and replaces neither school nor teaching materials. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and for indirect and consequential damages is excluded.

We may amend these terms. Subscribers are informed of material changes by email; the current version published on this page is authoritative.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — the provider's domicile. Mandatory consumer-protection venues remain reserved.
